BEGINNER ADULTS GROUP

No dance experience is necessary for our beginner adults group. The beginner adults group introduces the fundamental understanding of music, basic syllabus figures, posture, coordination, arm/leg positioning and rhythm.

Classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

ADVANCED/COMPETITIVE ADULTS GROUP

Advanced/competitive group classes are geared towards high-level competitors and students driven and passionate about their craft and are therefore designed to focus on style, long-term goals, the competitive field and performance skills. It is ideal for dancers with a minimum of 4/5 years or professional dance experience. These classes are comprised of three components: group class, body conditioning and rounds. Rounds are best described as competition simulation where individuals and couples dance to music on the floor while sharing space with other dancers.

Classes run on Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM and Fridays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
